Ice pack to keep medications cool.
Put 100 ml of water in the bag and wait for the granules to absorb the water.
Then place in the freezer until frozen.
DO NOT lay directly against the medications, place fabric or thin cardboard between medications and ice pack.
When the grains thaw, do not add water again, but place in the freezer.
